Jack Drueke
Presidential duties of SigEp IL Nu mainly consist of running the executive board that make up the 7 other positions. Checking in on and making sure each member of exec is meeting deadlines and assuring the consistent management of the chapter. Chapter president also is a role in which the individual who holds the position is the face of the organization and sometimes even the community. Working closely with our chapter advisor and faculty fellow to assure the chapter continues to prosper and thrive while also maintaining a balance with the rest of the members to ensure that our values are always represented. This position at times can be stressful but is also one of the most rewarding when the fraternity comes together.
Senior Jack Drueke currently holds the presidential position. Jack is from Highland, IL and has worked many positions in both SigEp and IFC.

Vice President of Programming
James Schagrin
The vice president of programming is responsible for the planning and execution of the chapter’s events
and functions. He is the head of the programming committee and works to ensure his brothers have a
balanced, values-based experience.
Junior James Schagrin is a Special Education Major from Lake Zurich, Illinois. Outside of SigEp, he has
been involved or currently involved in for Sigma Rho Epsion (Special Education Honors fraternity),
Stucent Council for Exceptional Children, and Bags and Buddies

Chaplain
Aaron Alonso
The chaplain is bestowed with the care and guard of the Fraternity’s Ritual. He also leads the judicial branch of the chapter. In doing so, he is responsible for holding all members accountable to the principles of Virtue, Diligence and Brotherly Love, as well as the other standards of membership. Additionally, the chaplain plays a key role in recognizing and reinforcing the positive behaviors and actions of his brothers.
Aaron Alonso is a sophomore Finance Major from Peoria, Illinois. Outside of SigEp, he likes to spend time with friends, play video games, and play multiple sports. Aaron plans on finding a career in budge analyzing after graduation.

Vice President of Member Development
Brayden Weaver
The vice president of member development oversees the development experience of each brother providing support and structure during a crucial part of their lives. Managing the chapter’s membership experience by implementing the Balanced Man Program is the keystone of the role, providing a positive fraternal experience and ensuring strong chapter leadership and operations. The vice president of member development ensures that our Founder’s vision lives on day in, day out, at every one of our chapters.
Brayden Weaver, a senior at Eastern Illinois University, will be attending the Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health in the Fall Semester of 2023 to obtain his D.D.S in Oral Surgery. He is from Pontiac, Illinois and has been the Vice President of Membership for the 2022 - 2023 academic school year.

Vice President of Communications
Garrett Wilkin
The vice president of communications uses media to help show others the brand of SigEp and what we do. Their main job is to run the Instagram, Facebook, and chapter website for the fraternity. They also have other duties such as creating flyers for events and being the person for other organizations to reach out to.
Sophomore Garrett Wilkin is a Physical Education Major from Cisco, Illinois. Outside of Sigep, he is also an assitant wrestling coach for Charleston High School, member of the PE club, and Golden Apple scholar.

Vice President of Finance
Stephen Torre
The vice president of finance is the chapter's chief financial officer. He is entrusted with managing the chapter's budget and properly allocating financial recourses.
Senior Stephen Torre is a Finance major from Highland Illinois. Outside of SigEp, he likes working out, going fishing, and playing different types of sports. After college, Stephen is looking to take the CFP exam to become a financial planner or he wants to become a financial analyst.

Vice President of SLC
Alex Pearson
The vice president of the Learning Community is responsible for creating a
learning environment, either in the chapter facility or on campus, and ensuring
that the space is used by faculty and university staff. The vice president of the
Learning Community is the chief coordinator of the Learning Community
program and is responsible for leading and implementing the Learning
Community committee.
Sophomore Alex Pearson is a history major with a minor in anthropology from
Charleston IL. Outside of SigEp, Alex is an Eagle Scout and involved member
in the Wesley United Methodist Church. He is an honors student and Rotary
scholar. Recipient of the ambassador award and addressee of the deans list
three semesters running.
